Your challenge
You are part of the Personal Health French Commercial Team, on the Small Domestic Appliances Channel, and will be responsible for the operational and strategic business of the most important customer of the French Zone : FNAC DARTY.
A particular focus is on further developing the business with this customer and ensuring strong operational execution across all its sales channels.
Although the majority of the business continues to be generated through brick-and-mortar retail, the online channel plays a central role throughout the shopper journey and represents a key lever for future growth.
Your responsibilities
1. Account Management & Growth — Category Responsibility
End-to-end responsibility for one or more product categories within defined market areas.
Development and implementation of short- and long-term Key Account plans.
Responsibility for sales, sell-out, margin and forecast accuracy.
Successfully manage the yearly negotiations
2. Omnichannel & Category Development
Development of data-driven growth opportunities across the entire shopper journey, with a particular focus on digital touchpoints.
Further development of the offline and online assortment and ensuring digital shelf excellence.
Planning and execution of Retail Media activities to increase visibility, traffic and conversion.
3. Customer Relationships & Stakeholder Management
Build and maintain sustainable relationships with relevant decision-makers.
Collaborate with Buying, Category Management, E-Commerce and Marketing teams.
Position Philips as a partner for category growth.
4. Execution, Service Partner Interface & Field Insights
Work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain and Sales Operations to ensure excellent execution.
Act as the operational interface with the external service partner to support the execution of defined commercial priorities.
Use POS and market feedback, as well as insights from the field sales organization, to derive concrete actions.
Ensure the execution of promotions, activations and merchandising initiatives at POS and across digital touchpoints.
5. Performance Management & Competition
Proactively manage KPIs, including sell-out, distribution, conversion, profitability and relevant online KPIs.
Ensure disciplined CRM and pipeline management.
Develop a deep understanding of the dynamic omnichannel ERT environment and proactively respond to competitive pressure from premium brands, private labels and new emerging competitors.

You are part of the Philips Personal Health French Commercial Team – SDA Channel and drive the operational business of a strategically important omnichannel ERT partner.
Together with the team, you develop innovative growth concepts and ensure effective execution in close collaboration with internal functions and external partners.
In this role, you report to the Channel Leader SDA.
This role is a good fit for you if you have
A successfully completed university degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
Several years of experience in Key Account Management with ERT or E-Commerce customers.
A strong understanding of omnichannel business models, with a focus on E-Commerce and Retail Media.
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven way of working.
Proven ability to translate market and competitive dynamics into concrete growth initiatives.
Strong influencing and negotiation skills, a high level of ownership and a collaborative mindset.
Ability to be very quickly operational within the Philips Sales organization
Be fully fluent in English

Compensation & benefits
Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base salary range for this role is € 65 910 – € 101 400 . We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations.
This role is eligible for bonus, with your rewards linked to KPIs/company result. We’ll share the full approach with you during the interview process, so you can make a clear, informed decision.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 2 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
