MP&P Technical Analyst (NDE) Company: The Boeing Company The Boeing Company is seeking a motivated collaborative senior Nondestructive Evaluation (NDE) Technical Analyst to join our Advanced Composite Engineering Team in Mesa, Arizona.  The NDE technical analyst will work independently as well as in teams and will apply knowledge of inspection methods in various engineering and manufacturing disciplines. This analyst will provide technical support for non-destructive inspection of various composites and metals structures in support of a variety of fixed wing, rotorcraft and proprietary program platforms. This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. Final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required. This position requires ability to obtain a Special Access Program (SAP) clearance, for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship only. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills & Experience): (see education and experience for the levels below) 6+ years of experience working in Nondestructive Evaluation Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills & Experience):    Level 4 - Associate and 6+ years' experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelor+4 years' related work experience, 8 years' related work experience, etc.) Level 5 - Associate and 9+ years' experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelor+7 years' related work experience, 11 years' related work experience, etc.) Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to convey technical and conceptual material to individuals at all levels within and outside of organization Functional knowledge of instruments, systems, and software used for ultrasonic inspection of composites using manual or automated pulse echo, through transmission, pitch-catch, and phased array techniques Functional knowledge of instruments, systems, and software used for magnetic particle, penetrant and eddy current inspection Knowledge of reference standard development and fabrication Experience with robotics, 3D modeling, 3D printing, Computed Tomography (CT), and/or Ultrasonic Phased Array Experience working in an engineering or scientific lab Experienced reading drawings and using Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, etc.) Typical Education/Experience:   Level 4 Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelor+4 years' related work experience, 8 years' related work experience, etc.).
