HemoCue is a leading provider of point-of-care diagnostic solutions, enabling healthcare practitioners across clinical settings and geographies to improve patient outcomes and clinical workflows. HemoCue offers point-of-care testing for hemoglobin, glucose and HbA1c as well as total and differential white blood cell count.
The MES engineer for HemoCue is responsible for for planning, coordinating and sustaining HemoCue´s MES and SCADA infrastructure, including calibration of production related sensors.
This position is part of the Operations organization located in Ängelholm and will be on-site on a regular basis. At HemoCue, our vision is to do things easier, to do things better, and to do them right.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Coordinate and support the MES/SCADA infrastructure and interfaces, inclu ding calibration of production related equipment
Be Subject Matter Expert of various MES infrastructure Applications
Lead and implement improvement initiatives including required documentation
Provide input to Ops MES infrastructure strategy
The essential requirements of the job include:
· Very good knowledge in area of MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and related interfaces
· Experience of improvement tools like LEAN and 6 sigma
· Swedish and English – oral and written communication skills
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Experience of working within field of Medical Technology
Experience of working with Production monitoring systems and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems.
Experience of working with modern Enterprise Resource Planning tools
