Key Responsibilities
Lead enterprise-wide network architecture initiatives spanning LAN/WAN, data centers, cloud, and hybrid environments.
Design and implement Zero Trust architectures aligned with NIST 800-207 and federal security mandates.
Serve as senior technical authority for network modernization, virtualization, and secure communications.
Evaluate emerging technologies and provide architectural guidance, roadmaps, and standards.
Technical Expertise
Enterprise network design (LAN/WAN, routing, switching, VPN, QoS)
Network virtualization and segmentation
Zero Trust architecture and security frameworks
Hybrid and cloud networking (AWS, Azure, or equivalent)
TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, encryption, and PKI concepts
Certifications (Preferred)
Cisco CCIE / CCNP
Juniper JNCIP / JNCIA
Security or architecture certifications (CISSP, SABSA, TOGAF – preferred)
Basic Qualifications
US Citizenship
15+ years of experience in the infrastructure domain with global service integrators/providers (presales, solutions, engineering, operations, delivery).
5+ years in presales/solutioning, supporting competitive pursuits across multiple industries.
Proven experience as a Presales Technical Consultant for Infrastructure Services in large global organizations.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non‑technical audiences.
Deep understanding of IT outsourcing models, industry trends, emerging technologies, and global infrastructure innovation.
Strong financial acumen related to Infrastructure Services across industry sectors.
Hands‑on experience working with Third‑Party Advisors (TPAs) during competitive deals.
Strong executive‑level presentation and communication skills.
Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $105,500 - $195,900.
Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
