Job Summary The Manager, IS Solutions Tech & Automation, leads a cross‑functional team responsible for designing, developing, documenting, and deploying business process automations using low‑code/no‑code platforms. This leader oversees a team that includes low‑code developers (Power Apps, Alteryx, internal Comcast tools), technical writers, release management analysts and process documentation specialists. The manager ensures the timely delivery of roadmap commitments, drives adherence to Secure Development Lifecycle and operational processes, partners with Comcast Technology Teams. and coordinates patching and vulnerability remediation efforts. This role requires a strong balance of people leadership, technical oversight, and operational governance. Job Description Core Responsibilities Leads a team of low‑code/no‑code developers, technical writers, release management analysts and process analysts. Conducts and/or leads analysis to determine technical requirements. Utilizes all resources available to develop team members including development plans, recommended learning, mentoring, etc. Provides and reviews all business requirements/designs. Builds, tests and coordinates deployment activities. Provides guidance on architectural patterns, best practices, and solution design in Power Apps, Alteryx and other code-lite technology  platforms. Ensure new and existing applications to adhere to Comcast Cyber Security Standards. Familiar with .Net and/or Python to understand and leverage APIs/Middleware. Develops common understanding and agreement on all deliverables with key stakeholders. Ensures deliverables meet business requirements, quality standards, and committed timelines. Monitors, escalates, and communicates all changes to agreed deliverables. Manages daily operations and planning (including but not limited to upgrades, troubleshooting, and problem resolution). May assist in development and meeting of departmental budget; this could include evaluating costs, risks and benefits of alternative solutions before making recommendations. Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
