JOB LEVEL: Local BRAND Lead
Main Job Purpose:
The Brand lead is responsible for brand health and performance, overall business completion of the brand in charge in the local market.
Lead in designing and translating Brand Strategy into a National Brand Building Plan which provides brand value drivers and brand and customer priorities, rooted in local insight and to create concrete Brand Marketing Plan(BMP) to ensure flawless deployment of brand communication and activation in the market.
Measurement:(1) Brand love building with result tracking (2) Growth ambition with market share achievement (3) Business deliverable including topline and bottom-line.
Key accountabilities:
NATIONAL BRAND BUILDING PLAN (NCBP)
Lead development of National Brand strategy and Building Plan, rooted in insight from the Category & Consumer.
Shape brand Fundamentals including TA identification, segmentation, source of volume, brand proposition and other brand discriminator.
Ensures cross-functional inputs such as customer & shopper trends, financials and consumer attitudes and behaviors are appropriately reflected in NCBP for the group of brands in charge
Measures progress against key value drivers and ensures take-up in BMP via Jobs-to-be-Done and Measurable objectives.
BRAND MARKETING PLAN (BMP)
Lead to build Brand love and comptitiveness against market and competition.
Oversees the creation of BMPs including; brand audit, Jobs to be done, activity plans, Scorecards & management of 6 Ps (e.g. Pricing).
Leads the multifunctional team (Brand Development, trade marketing, supply chain, finance) through brand planning process, delivery of plans and monitoring of brand performance to implement appropriate plan changes.
Accountable for deployment of integrated brand communications per communication strategy and campaign idea in Think Big Packs, development of any local communication requirements, and brand budgets.
Lead and manage agency to deliver brand love measurable target and commercial target by linking E2E realization from briefing, deployment, and execution.
Coaches teams in skills and competencies so they can adequately evaluate, develop and deliver brand and customer plans.
INNOVATION & RENOVATION
Deliver market- and customer-knowledge with insight to drive innovation platform projects to ensure requirements of brands will be met.
Shape and lead design the pipeline strategy and realization to fulfill SP target of brand.
Lead the team to follow the process of NPD/NPI for on-time delivery, elevate the quality and success of innovation based on consumer insight deep-dive and competitiveness.
Responsible for launch/ re-launch management; building plans and channel strategies (promotions, media and POS), Customer sell-in and legal & regulatory issues.
Develop & lead implementation of activation platforms and ideas based on the brand vision plan working with communication teams and agencies (PR, BTL ...)
Lead the monitoring and reviewing of effectiveness of innovation and renovation programme to inform future plans. Ensure continued focus on and support of innovation platforms once launched.
RESOUCE MANAGEMENT & TEAM DEVELOPMENT
Responsible for A&P budget to drive sales growth (both top line and bottom line), and share growth.
Has capability to improve efficiency in resource mapping, allocation, and E2E operational excellence.
Capabilities in business understanding and drive mitigation, business risk & opportunity management, resource re-allocation to deliver target.
Has a team as direct reports to coach and develop if applicable

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree above
At least 7-10 years classic brand management experience
Business management and brand development experience
Manage stakeholders in multi-functional teams.
Strong analysis skills and data driven and project management skill
Strong presentation and communication skills
Ability to work and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
