Als Key Account Manager übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Verantwortung für die nachhaltige Entwicklung und Performance Ihres Produktportfolios im Gebiet. Sie arbeiten eng mit den verantwortlichen Key Account Managern sowie internen Expert:innen zusammen und leisten einen entscheidenden Beitrag zu einer konsistenten, bedarfsorientierten und wirkungsvollen Bearbeitung relevanter Accounts. Sie verbinden medizinisch‑wissenschaftliche Kompetenz mit datenbasierter Steuerung, verstehen Versorgungsstrukturen und Entscheidungswege und tragen aktiv dazu bei, Stabilität, Kontinuität und Weiterentwicklung in einem komplexen Marktumfeld sicherzustellen. Gebiet: Berlin, Magdeburg, Potsdam, Dresden, Rostock Befristung: unbefristet Hauptaufgaben  Verantwortung für die nachhaltige Performance eines zentralen Markenprodukts in den zugeordneten Accounts Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Key Account Managern zur abgestimmten Bearbeitung relevanter Kunden und Versorgungsstrukturen Ableitung und Umsetzung datenbasierter Maßnahmen auf Basis von CRM‑, Markt‑ und Versorgungsdaten Medizinisch‑wissenschaftliche, bedarfsorientierte Beratung relevanter Stakeholder im Rahmen der Marken‑ und Gebietsstrategie Aktive Zusammenarbeit mit cross‑funktionalen Schnittstellen (Medical, Market Access, Marketing, Performance) Umsetzung eines bedarfsgerechten Omnichannel‑Ansatzes im Einklang mit regionalen und nationalen Vorgaben Qualifikationen & Fähigkeiten  Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches Studium oder gleichwertige Qualifikation gemäß § 75 AMG Erfahrung im pharmazeutischen Vertrieb, idealerweise im Bereich Spezialprodukte oder komplexe Therapien Sichere Gesprächsführung Hohe Daten‑ und Analysekompetenz sowie strukturierte, priorisierte Arbeitsweise Gutes Verständnis des deutschen Gesundheitssystems und relevanter Versorgungslogiken Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit zur Zusammenarbeit in cross‑funktionalen Set‑ups Digitale Affinität und Offenheit für moderne Arbeitsweisen Bevorzugte Qualifikationen & Fähigkeiten  Erfahrung in modernen, datenbasierten Vertriebsmodellen Unternehmerisches Denken, Ergebnisorientierung und Lernbereitschaft Sehr gute Deutsch‑ und gute Englischkenntnisse Weitere Informationen:   Annual Report   Product Pipeline  #EBDE  #LI-ViiV  #LI-Remote Why GSK?
