YOUR IMPACT
We are seeking ambitious bachelor’s and master’s final year STEM students to join our fast-growing team. This full-time paid internship offers the opportunity to work for a 3-6 month period on technically challenging, mission-critical projects alongside leading scientists, engineers, and operators building the future of fusion energy.
As an intern, you will join our team in Munich, Zurich or Oxford and tackle real challenges that advance our roadmap toward clean, abundant fusion energy. You will contribute to meaningful projects that support the development of our technology and the broader company mission.
From day one, you will take ownership of substantive work, apply rigorous thinking to complex problems, and collaborate closely with experts across disciplines. Your work will have real impact on a company working to solve one of the world’s most important challenges
WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for exceptional students who are motivated to tackle difficult problems and contribute meaningfully within a fast-paced research and engineering environment.
- In the final stage of a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in a STEM discipline such as physics, engineering, mathematics, computer science, or a related field.
- Strong academic record demonstrating rigorous analytical thinking through coursework, research, or technical projects.
- Curious, intellectually rigorous, and motivated to tackle complex scientific or engineering challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to structure ambiguous problems, communicate clearly, and collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams while driving work forward with guidance from mentors.
