🔹 Department: Training
The Training Department focuses on developing employees’ skills and knowledge through onboarding programs, technical and soft skills training, and compliance courses. Its goal is to promote continuous learning, support career growth, and align development initiatives with business objectives.
🎯 Internship Objective
Provide support in improving the training processes for operational staff to increase efficiency and reduce training cycle times.
🛠️ Key Activities
The intern will participate in key activities such as:
Implementing improvements in training tools and processes to increase value-added outcomes.
Analyzing training capacity to identify opportunities for improvement.
Applying Lean methodologies, including value stream mapping and process reengineering.
Optimizing workflows and eliminating bottlenecks.
🎓 Candidate Profile
Degree: Industrial Engineering
Academic Level: Final year
💡 Desired Knowledge and Skills
Data analysis
Use of simulation software
Excel
Critical thinking
English proficiency (desirable)
📌 Internship Requirements & Details
Active university student in Engineering or related fields
Availability for a 6-month full-time, on-site internship (possible extension up to 1 year)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (flexible according to academic responsibilities)
Location: Coyol Free Zone, Building B37
Valid student insurance and active enrollment status throughout the internship
