Its goal is to promote continuous learning, support career growth, and align development initiatives with business objectives. 🎯 Internship Objective Provide support in improving the training processes for operational staff to increase efficiency and reduce training cycle times. 🛠️ Key Activities The intern will participate in key activities such as: Implementing improvements in training tools and processes to increase value-added outcomes. Analyzing training capacity to identify opportunities for improvement. Applying Lean methodologies, including value stream mapping and process reengineering.
