Whatever your talents, you can find a place for them here. Get involved in some of the biggest business ventures today. Work with other gifted people around the world. Follow your ambitions, or discover a whole new path. Can you help us simplify the complex, create great experiences, and deliver better outcomes? Then let's talk. Job Description: Growth Marketing Manager, EMEA London | 4 days in office We’re looking for a hands-on, commercially minded Growth Marketing Manager to help build Grata’s revenue engine across Europe. You’ll work closely with EMEA leadership and Sales to identify where we need growth, turn those priorities into campaigns, and make them happen across paid media, outbound, webinars, events and in-product marketing. This is a hands-on role. You’ll help shape what we should do, then own the execution and measure the commercial impact. What you’ll do Build and run European growth campaigns from idea through execution and measurement. Work closely with Sales to identify priority markets, segments and accounts. Turn commercial opportunities into campaigns that generate leads, meetings, pipeline, and closed won deals. Run campaigns across paid media, email, webinars, automated outbound and events. Work with our agency to shape and optimise European paid campaigns. Build landing pages, forms, nurture flows and campaign journeys using our marketing technology stack. Help develop automated outbound programmes with Sales and RevOps. Own event demand generation and follow-up, while event logistics sit elsewhere. Customise campaigns and content to get the right message in the right language to the right market. Work with Content and Product Marketing to turn strong assets and messaging into campaigns. Measure performance against clear, revenue-focused metrics and continuously improve what we do. Travel across Europe when needed. What we’re looking for Commercial, curious and highly proactive. Comfortable moving between strategy and hands-on execution. Someone who sees an opportunity and brings ideas rather than waiting for a brief. Confident working closely with Sales. Comfortable and hands-on with CRM and marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot, HubSpot). Analytical enough to understand what is working and what needs to change. Low ego, high energy and keen to get things moving. Excited to market to a demanding B2B audience across private equity, M&A advisory and corporate development. Why this role AI is changing how professional work gets done, and we believe M&A and private markets are next. Grata Intelligence is building towards a new way for dealmakers to find opportunities, understand markets and act on intelligence, combining AI with deep private-market data and the broader capabilities of Datasite. We have an opportunity to help define this category in Europe, not simply compete within an established one. For the right person, this is a chance to join at an unusually exciting moment: help build the European growth engine from the ground up, work with some of the most sophisticated firms in private equity and M&A, and play a meaningful role in how the next generation of dealmaking technology reaches the market.
