About the Role
We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join Beacon's Marketing team and drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across our portfolio of vertical software companies. You will bring a passion for creating and managing buyer and customer journey experiences that convert prospects into customers and customers into advocates.
This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You'll use traffic data, customer insights, and product usage data to inform strategy and tactics across multiple marketing channels. You'll develop hypothesis-driven experiments, optimize digital campaigns, and build scalable growth processes that can be deployed across our growing portfolio of businesses.
Key Responsibilities
Own and optimize performance of digital marketing channels including paid search, social, display, and retargeting across portfolio companies
Develop and execute growth strategies that drive lead generation, trial conversion, and customer acquisition
Plan and execute campaign landing pages, website experiences, and conversion optimization initiatives
Using traffic data, customer insights, and product usage data to inform strategy and tactics for new engagement and growth channels
Develop hypothesis-driven experiments that leverage behavioral insights to increase customer engagement and conversion
Manage and optimize marketing automation workflows, email campaigns, and nurture programs
Own website chatbot and conversational marketing experiences across campaigns and product initiatives
Collaborate with product marketing and sales to align growth efforts with broader GTM strategies
Measure results of test treatments and audience groups to inform continuous improvement
Serve as a subject matter expert in user experiences and related marketing technology systems
Build playbooks and processes that can scale growth motions across multiple portfolio companies
What We're Looking For
4+ years of growth marketing or demand generation experience in B2B SaaS
Hands-on experience with digital marketing channels including paid search, paid social, display, and retargeting
Strong experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred), email marketing, and lead nurturing
Hands-on experience with website and analytics platforms including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and A/B testing tools
Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze campaign performance, identify insights, and optimize for results
Experience with conversion rate optimization, landing page optimization, and growth experimentation
Ability to manage multiple projects, campaigns, and timelines in a fast-paced environment
Strong collaboration skills—able to work independently and cross-functionally with sales, product, and design teams
Nice to Have
Experience marketing to SMB or mid-market customers across multiple verticals
Background in WordPress, Webflow, or other CMS platforms for landing page development
Familiarity with SEO best practices and content-driven growth strategies
Experience working across multiple brands or business units simultaneously
Knowledge of product-led growth (PLG) motions and strategies
