About this Role:
NetEase Inc. is currently looking for a Procurement Business Partner, to join Overseas (OC) Procurement Team. We’re looking for a Procurement Business Partner to join us in amplifying and enabling Procurement Overseas at NetEase. In this role, you will report to the Sr. Director, Overseas Procurement and work alongside a team of Procurement professionals that focus on enabling NetEase and its teams to do their best work by managing the procurement experience. As a Procurement Business Partner, you will take part in all aspects of the procurement process, from sourcing new vendors and handling negotiations, transacting and managing relationships with existing vendor; interfacing across teams on their procurement needs.
What You’ll Do
Negotiate with vendors to obtain the best possible terms while maintaining a good relationship
Build and maintain long-term relationships with stakeholder and monitor vendors’ performance
Conduct sourcing projects and provide category intelligence and benchmarks
Review purchase requisitions to ensure that they are accurate and complete
Monitor PR/PO throughout the lifecycle of a deal
Act as a subject matter expert for internal stakeholders and external vendors
Prepare procurement reports
Review existing and new contracts with suppliers to ensure on-going feasibility
Drive Procurement Initiatives from ideation through completion with meaningful business impact.
What You’ll Bring
Between 5-7 years’ experience as a hands-on partner, buyer or category manager for a global tech company
Proven ability to source and negotiate with vendors in North America and EMEA
Knowledge in procurement procedures
Strong negotiations skills and contractual knowledge to review, lead and manage procurement contracts
Proven track record of executing cost-reduction initiatives
Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
Ability to combine independent work with teamwork
Bachelor's Degree in a related field
