They are experienced in translating complex, often technical information into clear, engaging visual communications that resonate with diverse audiences.
About the role:
We are seeking a talented and detail‑oriented Graphic Designer to support the development of compelling visual communications across our marketing channels. Working within the financial services sector, this role requires a strong creative eye combined with an understanding of brand consistency, compliance, and clarity.
You will collaborate closely with marketing, brand, product, and communications teams to translate complex financial concepts into engaging, accessible, and on‑brand visual assets.
What you will be doing
Design high‑quality visual assets for digital and print marketing, including campaigns, social media, presentations, brochures, infographics, websites, and email communications
Apply visual guidelines consistently across all creative outputs
Translate marketing briefs and strategic objectives into clear, engaging design solutions
Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and stakeholders to ensure visuals support messaging and business goals
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail
Adapt creative concepts for different audiences, channels, and markets
Ensure all creative work aligns with regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements typical of the financial services industry
Prepare final artwork and files for production, publication, or distribution
Stay informed on design trends, digital best practices, and emerging tools, applying them where appropriate
What you bring:
Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably within marketing, corporate, or regulated environments
Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, visual storytelling, and execution across multiple channels
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop); motion or basic video skills are a plus
Solid understanding of typography, layout, colour, and visual hierarchy
Ability to communicate complex or technical information visually and clearly
Experience working within brand guidelines and structured approval processes
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage competing deadlines
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
