The Global Supply Chain DBSL is responsible for embedding Danaher Business System (DBS) fundamentals into Pall’s global supply chain to deliver sustained improvements in on‑time delivery, inventory, working capital, and cost. This role combines hands‑on supply chain leadership experience with deep DBS capability, ensuring continuous improvement is grounded in real operational execution rather than theoretical deployment.
The role partners closely with Materials, Planning, Sourcing, Operations, and Regional Supply Chain leaders to architect, deploy, and sustain a disciplined supply chain operating system using DBS, DMS, and structured problem solving
This onsite position is part of the global operations organization and can be based in DeLand, FL, Cortland, NY, Port Washington, NY, Putnam, CT or Timonium, MD.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Lead DBS for Pall’s global supply chain and materials organization, ensuring DBS is how the organization plans, runs, and continuously improves performance.
Partner with supply chain and operations leaders to identify and solve the critical system-level problems impacting OTD, inventory, lead time, and cost.
Install, coach, and sustain core DBS fundamentals across the supply chain, including Bowler KPI management, Daily & Visual Management, and Structured Problem Solving (PSP).
Design, govern, and sustain the global supply chain Kaizen and PSP funnel, ensuring focus on the critical few problems that drive enterprise results and standard work.
Coach and assess leaders and teams (Materials, Planning, Regional SC) to strengthen problem-solving depth, system thinking, and consistent application of standards (planning, PFEP/PFES, Kanban, IMAG, inventory), with appropriate regional tailoring.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, supply chain management, or engineering.
3+ years of experience in global materials planning, procurement, and supply chain operations within a manufacturing environment, including demand planning, scheduling, logistics, and inventory management.
Demonstrated functional leadership experience (3+ years) in procurement and inventory management.
Strong working knowledge of procurement and inventory best practices, including supplier PULL systems, VMI, supplier Kanban, consignment, supplier assessment/vendor rating, and performance reviews.
3+ years of experience driving continuous improvement using Lean, KPIs, and MRP‑based ERP systems to improve OTD, lead time, cost, inventory, and supplier performance.
Travel Requirements:
Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 50%
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Knowledge of the Global Marketplace with experience ideally in filtration and separation processes or related disciplines.
Good record of KPIs improvement, on-time delivery, lead time, cost and Inventory reduction, Supplier development, etc.
Achieving stretch goals within a global manufacturing network for safety, quality, on-time delivery, inventory turn improvement, and cost reduction.

The salary range for this role is $120-160k. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
