Global ETF Marketing

Position Summary
The Global Marketing team is part of Franklin Templeton’s Global Distribution organization and is responsible for go-to-market strategy across our investment offerings. We partner closely with clients and internal distribution teams to develop and execute differentiated marketing strategies.
As a Global ETF Marketing Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting marketing initiatives within a leading global asset management firm. You’ll collaborate with professionals across marketing, sales, product development, and national accounts while contributing to real-world projects that support client engagement and business growth.
What You’ll Experience
Exposure to how marketing supports an asset management business
Hands-on experience with investment products and ETF offerings
Insight into marketing strategy development and execution
Collaboration with cross-functional marketing and distribution teams

Key Responsibilities May Include
Supporting content creation projects and product analysis
Conducting competitive reviews of marketing materials and promotions

This is a full-time internship where students will work approximately 35-40 (dependent on state/location) hours per week and earn competitive hourly pay of $24 - $30 (dependent on location and function) USD per hour. There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
