Why this role matters:
As a Finance Operations Analyst, you'll play a critical role in maintaining the financial integrity of our carrier operations. Working at the intersection of finance, operations, and telecommunications, you'll ensure accurate cost management, supplier relationships, and invoice reconciliation while supporting our fast-paced business environment. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will directly impact our ability to manage costs effectively and maintain strong partnerships with carrier suppliers.
Your key responsibilities:
Participate in weekly General Management meetings, providing insights on emerging issues and monthly estimates
Review and approve prepaid invoices, PO/Requisitions, and manage dispute entries in Oracle
Collaborate with the Accounts Payable team to resolve VAT issues, incorrect reconciliations, and payment queries
Action BAU tasks using the Jira ticketing system
Manage supplier lifecycle activities including onboarding, updates, and offboarding using iXLink and internal systems
Manually update MMS, Inbound, and Voice costs
Investigate rate card rejections and tickets concerning missing costs
Raise and investigate disputes with carrier partners
Process monthly FX transactions
What you'll bring
Required:
2-3 years of experience in Accounts Reconciliation, Financial Management, Business Analysis, or a related position
Excellent communication skills and proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Excellent mathematics and numerical skills with a Finance bias
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
Beginner-level proficiency in SQL
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Experience we consider a plus:
Knowledge of Oracle, Jira, and iXLink systems
Understanding of telecommunications areas of service, invoicing cycles, and cost structure
Familiarity with CPaaS products and telecommunications industry
Experience working with carrier partners and dispute resolution
