Experienced Staff Analyst

Boeing Global Services is seeking an Experienced Staff Analyst to join our C-17 International Field Services and Sustainment team in Warner Robins, GA.
Position Responsibilities:
Develops plans for long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives
Provides data for management review and tracking performance to plan
Develops, coordinates and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings
Conducts research and analyzes data from multiple sources
Researches and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies options
Provides strategic design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events
Develops and maintains the project schedule and budget
Monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates status to all project participants
Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements
Develops and deploys localized training content
Assists in management of budgets as Cost Account Manager
Interfaces with US government security focal to provide access for Boeing teams
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience developing and/or maintaining integrated schedules and calendars
3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
3+ years of experience providing support to multiple customers such as vice presidents, directors, and managers
3+ years of experience coordinating and processing domestic and/or international travel arrangements
Experience utilizing organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing requirements
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience facilitating meetings and presenting to stakeholders
Experience using and administrating SharePoint
Experience developing and executing employee engagement strategy

Summary pay range: $78,200 - $105,800
