Norm Law and Norm Ai, together, are building Legal AGI. About the Role We are seeking a highly strategic, detail-oriented, and proactive Executive Business Partner to work directly alongside our CEO. You will provide administrative and strategic support, playing a key role in ensuring he operates efficiently and effectively. You will operate at the center of the company, partnering across leadership and acting as a trusted thought partner, gatekeeper, and execution driver. This is a high-visibility position that requires exceptional judgment, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise. Responsibilities - Calendar Management: - Manage and optimize a complex calendar - Resolve scheduling conflicts and proactively prioritize commitments - Communication Support: - Serve as a trusted liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely follow-up on requests - Manage, prioritize, and triage incoming messages and correspondence - Draft and edit communications on behalf of the CEO - Develop a strong understanding of Norm Ai’s business priorities and how they relate to day-to-day decisions - Meeting Coordination: - Organize and coordinate high-stakes meetings, including board, investor, and leadership sessions - Capture and distribute key takeaways and action items when needed - Travel Arrangements: - Arrange travel for the CEO, including flights, accommodations, dining, and transportation - Prepare and manage travel itineraries and any related documentation - Administrative and Strategic Support: - Handle highly confidential information with discretion and integrity - Support special projects and high-priority initiatives as needed - Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed to support executive effectiveness - Develop a deep understanding of Norm Ai’s business priorities and apply that context to daily decision-making - Track key initiatives and ensure follow-through across stakeholders Skills & Experience - Core - Bachelor’s degree - 5+ years of experience as an EA or similar role supporting executives in a fast-paced environment - Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a resourceful mindset - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Google Workspace and ability to quickly learn new tools - High attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion - Proactive in identifying and improving inefficient processes - Comfortable navigating changing priorities and ambiguity Skills & Experience - Pluses - Experience supporting founders or CEOs - Experience in high-growth technology or AI companies - Experience supporting law firm partners - Experience planning and managing executive-level events Comp and Benefits $155,000 - $175,000 a year The range displayed in this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salary for this position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including job-related skills (as uncovered during the interview process), experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed here reflect the base salary only, and do not include equity or benefits. We offer a competitive salary along with equity compensation.
