About the Role As an Executive Assistant at Veeam, you’ll be the right hand to our senior leaders, ensuring their days run smoothly and efficiently. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, acting as a trusted gatekeeper, problem solver, and communication hub. What You’ll Do Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel logistics for executives. Serve as the primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders. Organize and prioritize incoming requests, emails, and communications, ensuring prompt follow-up. Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite. Support event planning, logistics, and meeting coordination. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Track key deliverables and drive completion of outstanding items. Perform general office management and administrative tasks as needed. What You’ll Bring 3+ years of experience supporting high-level executives, ideally in the technology sector. Associate’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Proactive approach—able to anticipate needs and adjust plans in a dynamic environment. Strong organizational skills with proven ability to collaborate, prioritize, multi-task, and follow through. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Clear and results-oriented written and verbal communication skills. High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion, especially when handling sensitive information. Bonus Skills Experience with event planning and logistics. Understanding of financial concepts and metrics. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Experience with executive support in a global or multicultural environment.
