We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant (EA) to support the CEO. The ideal candidate will be a master at multitasking, communication, and discretion, with the ability to anticipate the CEO's needs and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills and a willingness to go above-and-beyond to support the CEO. This role may support other executives as needed. Main Responsibilities Calendar & Schedule Management: Coordinate and manage the CEO’s complex schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries. Communication & Correspondence: Handle and prioritize emails, calls, and other communications on behalf of the CEO. Draft responses and correspondence as needed. Meeting Support: Prepare agendas and follow up on action items as needed. Ensure the CEO is well-prepared for meetings and events. Travel Coordination: Organize domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries. Confidential Support: Manage sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity. Project Management: Assist with strategic projects, internal initiatives, and research tasks as directed by the CEO. Liaison Role: Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. Additional Administrative Support: Complete expense reports, handle personal tasks (as needed), and support other executives as needed Preferred Attributes: Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced industry, such as in finance / technology / AI / startup Clear and upfront communicator who can comfortably operate with ambiguity Ability to manage multiple workstreams, detail-oriented without missing important scheduling or travel details, and prioritize effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure environments Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal relationships Total compensation for this role also includes meaningful equity in a fast-growing startup, along with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. Base salary is determined by a range of factors including individual qualifications, experience, skills, interview performance, market data, and work location.
