Strategic account penetration and expansion
You’ll operate with a high degree of autonomy and be expected to generate pipeline, close deals, and drive revenue.
What We’re Looking For
10+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience
Proven track record of net-new logo acquisition in Fortune 500 accounts
Experience selling IT services, staffing, staff augmentation, or managed services
Demonstrated success closing multi-million-dollar services engagements
Experience carrying $3M+ quota and consistently exceeding targets
Established network of CIO, CTO, and senior enterprise decision-makers
Strong executive presence and ability to navigate complex procurement processes
Highly autonomous, self-directed, and driven by revenue outcomes
What Makes This Role Compelling
Greenfield enterprise opportunity with significant upside
Ability to build a multi-million book of business over time
Combination of short-term wins (staffing placements) and longer-term enterprise deals
Strong delivery engine and global talent supply to support sales efforts
High visibility and direct impact on company growth
Compensation: $320,000 to $360,000 OTE (base+commission) + equity
