Position Summary The primary role of an Enterprise Account Executive at Arkose Labs is to maximize revenue by selling our products and services directly to prospective clients. The focus is on driving strategic wins with large enterprise companies, including banking, financial services Tech and Commerce verticals. Expectations for Success Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue objectives. Build and manage your own pipeline. Self-driven and committed to success. Prior startup experience is advantageous. Coachable and able to work with team members to follow the sales process. Key Responsibilities Source, identify, qualify, and close new opportunities. Engage and communicate effectively with Senior and C-Level Executives. Develop and maintain a network of industry contacts and connections. Demonstrate high energy, motivation, and a team-player attitude. Exhibit strong organizational and forecasting skills. Showcase outstanding networking capabilities and professional demeanor. Travel up to 40-60%, including overnight travel as required. Qualifications Must Haves Proven track record as a hunter with a strong desire to win and make an impact. Experience in closing true enterprise deals and ability to showcase this. Technical proficiency and knowledge in selling high-end solutions involving both line of business and IT ownership. Significant track record of quota over-achievement. Critical and strategic thinking skills. Selling to Fortune 1000 companies Selling to CISO’s and CISO organizations Experience in selling Consumer Cybersecurity, Identity, and/or Authentication technologies. Equity and benefits may be provided as part of the compensation package, depending on the position offered. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. The exact salary will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate’s skills, experience, and other qualifications as well as the candidate’s location of residence.
