especially AWS-based environments and supporting developer workflows Ability to partner credibly in architecture and debugging discussions involving reliability, scale, release safety, and production incidents Experience improving engineering practices around testing, deployment, observability, code review, and maintainability in large shared codebases Cross-Functional and Domain Knowledge Experience supporting internal tools used by non-engineering teams such as game design, live-ops, economy design, QA, or analytics Strong understanding of how backend systems, admin tools, and content pipelines work together to power live events, gameplay tuning, and player-facing experiences Experience with A/B testing, segmentation, rollout controls, or live configuration systems is strongly preferred Comfortable partnering across technical and non-technical functions to translate product and operational needs into durable engineering solutions Experience in mobile games, live-service games, or game-adjacent backend/platform environments is highly preferred Soft Skills & Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience Strong
