Software Development Engineer
About the Role
As a Software Development Engineer at ADI, you will be a mid-level engineer with growing technical expertise. You will independently design and implement software features while contributing to the overall software development process and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement software features independently
Write maintainable and efficient code following best practices
Participate actively in code reviews to ensure quality standards
Contribute to technical documentation for software systems
Debug complex software issues and implement effective solutions
Collaborate with team members on project deliverables and milestones
Support continuous improvement of development processes
Must Have Skills
Programming: Strong programming skills in multiple languages relevant to our technology stack
Design Patterns: Experience with software design patterns and their practical application
Tooling: Understanding of development tools, processes, and CI/CD pipelines
Debugging: Proficiency in debugging and problem-solving complex software issues
TDD: Knowledge of testing methodologies and test-driven development
Preferred Education and Experience
BS/MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field
2+ years of software development experience
