You will typically perform one or more of the following roles in capacity of either an individual contributor (as directed and/or independently), or as a manager: Key Responsibilities Develops and deploys Security Measures and Timely and Accurate Intelligence Empowers risk-based and collaborative decisions in support of current and future business opportunities and operations Protects the organization's employees, properties and all items of value on premises from any preventable harm or danger Develop security policies and procedures that comply with government guidelines and standards conduct investigations to protect organization assets Responds to contingency events, including bomb threats, sabotage and severe weather conditions through on-site security forces or with the assistance of government law enforcement agencies Recommends hiring of outside security contractors as necessary and may oversee contract guard force Other Responsibilities Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements, and programs. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related disciplines.
