A Day in the Life
Objective of this role is to drive the growth of the Endoscopy portfolio in Latam. $17M revenue in the region. This role includes the definition and execution of the strategies and plans to increase the penetration of endoscopy in all the Latam markets, increase the utilization of the same, and ensure a proper educational and engagement program with our KOLs. This leader will work with the training and education and the medical education teams to ensure the proper offer for the subregion that will support the superiority of our technologies and ensure proper education for the usage of the products. This person will be the key point of contact for the Global team to influence on acceleration of the technologies readiness for the Region and ensure alignment with the Global strategies in the benefit Latam patients and HCPs. The role will be remote if you are located either Colombia, Brazil, Argentina, Mexico.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Define the Endoscopy penetration strategy and ensure adherence across Latam countries
Work with the commercial teams to ensure the implementation of the plans and ensure all the sales materials are available on time
Develop education programs to accelerate technology adoption across the different stakeholders: HCP, medical institutions and payors
Partner with HCPs and official entities to include MDT technologies into patients´ Standard of Care
Drive innovation in the region, delivering projects in full to the commercial teams and partnering with the demand team to ensure proper forecasting
Responsible to offer the right training and education program for the Region
Collaborate with Surgical team to bring better solutions to Colorectal patients
Define the strategic priorities for the Regulatory team to complete the portfolio in the Region
Responsible for defining the Manual Allocation priorities when needed
Responsible for talent development within his/her team
Required Knowledge and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree
Fluent in English
Fluent in Spanish
Seven years of relevant experience in marketing, communications or related
Relation with medical procedures and the industry
Healthcare industry and Medtronic Surgical products experience is required
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and marketing automation tool
Knowledge of and/or experience in multiple procedures/specialities
Strong program management skills and adept at leading cross functional teams.
Fluent in Portuguese is advantageous
