Description de poste
Display & Merchandising Project Manager (Canada)
You will lead end-to-end Canadian in-store display and merchandising programs by partnering with cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver high-quality, on-time, and on-budget point-of-purchase solutions that drive retail execution and sales.
Your role:
Serve as the key liaison and local Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Displays & Merchandising, connecting the US Supply Chain (New Product Introduction) team with Canadian internal and external partners to enable seamless program delivery.
Lead display projects end-to-end by gathering requirements and securing approvals with Sales, Marketing, Insights, Finance, and Operations; run regular Canadian display status meetings and participate in North American production scheduling to manage critical timelines and risks.
Champion quality and performance by guiding material/structural standards, creating visual work instructions, conducting production and in-store audits, managing vendor delivery metrics (on-time and in-full), and evaluating post-activation results (sell-through, return on investment, sales lift) to recommend optimizations.
You're the right fit if:
You have 2+ years of experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) with hands-on exposure to display merchandising, shopper/trade marketing, shopper insights, and/or project management.
You have experience creating point-of-purchase (POP) displays, engaging and managing third-party suppliers, and working proficiently in Microsoft Office (experience with tools such as SAP, Salsify, Adobe, and master data systems is an asset).
You hold a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing or a related field.
You bring strong project management, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills, with a customer-first mindset, analytical attention to detail, and comfort operating with urgency in a dynamic environment.
You have a valid driver’s license and are able to drive to retailer and vendor locations as needed.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
This is an office and field role that is primarily on the road, requiring regular in-market time with retailers and vendors for store visits, audits, and vendor/production support as needed. Candidates must hold a valid driver’s license and be able to drive to customer and supplier locations.
Travel is expected within the Greater GTA. This role does not include a fleet vehicle; mileage is reimbursed in accordance with company policy.
