Today, we are a global team of nearly 7,000 and our main objective is to create opportunities for our team members to explore, learn, and grow – all while seeing their ideas come to life and celebrating the differences that make us who we are and the work we do possible.   Location: Seoul, ROK Department: Solutions Consulting / Pre-Sales Reports To: VP Solutions Consulting   Role Overview The Director, Solutions Consulting is responsible for leading and scaling PTC Korea’s pre-sales organization covering all PTC solution such as CAD, PLM, ALM and SLM. This role drives strategic customer engagements and revenue growth, leveraging deep expertise in product design and its lifecycle processes. Key Responsibilities Define and execute the Korea’s Solutions Consulting strategy aligned with global priorities Partner with Sales leadership to drive pipeline growth, deal strategy, and win rates Engage C-level stakeholders to articulate PTC’s solution value in complex enterprise environments Lead and mentor a high-performing Solutions Consulting team Oversee discovery, solution design, demos, and value articulation across PTC’s solutions. Drive high-quality RFI/RFP responses for opportunities Collaborate with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap based on customer needs Coordinate global technical resources for complex deals Act as a thought leader in product lifecycle management and digital transformation Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field 8–10+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting / Pre-Sales Strong experience in CAD or PLM solutions. Proven leadership managing senior technical teams Experience supporting enterprise software sales cycles Fluent Korean and business-level English Preferred Qualifications Experience with PTC Creo, Windchill, Codebeamer or equivalent platforms Knowledge of regulated industries (automotive, medical devices, FA&D, etc.) Experience in global organizations Familiarity with MEDDICC or similar methodologies Key Competencies Strategic thinking Executive communication Leadership and team development Deep CAD/PLM/ALM and software lifecycle expertise Customer-centric mindset         Life at PTC is about more than working with today’s most cutting-edge technologies to transform the physical world.
