Job Description
Job Responsibility:
Support contact screening by reviewing submitted contacts for completeness, accuracy, duplicates, and usability before they move forward in the request process.
Clean and standardize contact lists in Excel, including formatting, deduplication, missing field review, and basic data quality checks.
Manage list cleanup requests by tracking intake details, updating request status, and preparing clear handoffs for the appropriate next steps.
Coordinate with event managers to clarify list requirements, resolve data issues, and help ensure event contact lists are ready for review or activation.
Document recurring data issues and process notes to support consistency across future requests.
Job Qualification:
The candidate must be pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including sorting, filtering, basic formulas, and careful review of large data lists.
Detail-oriented and comfortable identifying inconsistencies, duplicates, missing information, and data entry issues.
Organized and able to manage multiple requests, follow process steps, and communicate clearly with internal stakeholders.
Interest in marketing operations, demand generation, event marketing, CRM, or contact data management.
