About the Role
Provide exceptional, white-glove technical support to executive leadership, their teams, and other VIP stakeholders, ensuring seamless technology experiences crucial for business operations. This role requires being onsite five days a week.
What You’ll Do
Deliver exceptional technical support to executives through both remote and on-site channels, maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and data privacy
Provide flexible coverage across standard and extended business hours, including scheduled on-call rotation and after-hours support as needed
Offer on-site presence for executive meetings, conferences, and special events when required
Manage audio/visual setup and troubleshooting for executive presentations and video conferencing
Perform proactive maintenance and monitoring of executive technology systems, including daily equipment checks, meeting preparation, and system health reviews
Maintain and repair executive hardware including computers, printers, mobile devices, and A/V equipment
Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new executive staff
Follow established ITSM/ITIL processes and maintain accurate documentation of all support activities
Manage and prioritize support inventory to ensure executive technology needs are anticipated and met
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, Business, or related field; or7+ years of equivalent professional experience
4+ years of dedicated experience providing technical support to C-level executives and executive assistants
Proven expertise supporting mixed computing environments across Mac, Windows, iOS, and Android platforms
Strong working knowledge of IT infrastructure including Active Directory, networking, and server technologies
Hands-on experience with enterprise ITSM ticketing systems
Proficiency in audio/visual technology setup, troubleshooting, and support for conference rooms and presentation spaces
Experience with installation, cabling, and maintenance of office technology equipment
Ability to lift and transport equipment up to 50 lbs
Exceptional customer service orientation with polished communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accountability
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a persistent, solution-focused mindset
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills suitable for executive-level interactions with discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
Calm demeanor and methodical approach when managing high-pressure or sensitive support situations

Compensation Transparency
Veeam is committed to pay transparency and equitable compensation. For this role, the compensation range below reflects the expected total target compensation (TTC), inclusive of base pay and a competitive performance-based bonus. For roles with a commission plan, the compensation range represents On Target Earnings (OTE), which includes base salary plus variable commission. When determining compensation, Veeam takes into consideration factors such as experience, education, skills, and geographic zone. Offers are typically made below the midpoint of the range.
In addition to compensation, Veeam provides a comprehensive benefits package, including health coverage, retirement plans, and unlimited time off.
