This is an ideal entry-level opportunity for a recent graduate to launch a career in Technical Support and Customer Success. You will be the primary face of support for our forestry software solutions, directly influencing the success of organizations dedicated to managing our natural resources.
Key Exciting Responsibilities:
Serve as the vital single point of contact for regional customers, capturing and categorizing diverse service requests across email, phone, and our customer portal.
Mastermind initial diagnostics and troubleshooting to resolve incidents swiftly using our comprehensive knowledge base and ITIL standards.
Spearhead the transition of complex challenges to specialized teams while maintaining seamless, transparent communication with your users.
Act as the true voice of the customer, validating technical solutions and ensuring every fix meets our high-quality standards before delivery.
Champion continuous improvement by documenting new solutions and identifying opportunities to boost service efficiency as you grow your technical expertise.
Essential Skills & Experience:
A Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is highly desirable.
A genuine commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and a "customer-centric" mindset.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to users with varying levels of technical ability.
An adaptable nature and a "sense of urgency" when responding to critical customer needs.
Technical aptitude and familiarity with Windows, macOS, web-apps, and basic networking.
Bonus Points For:
Any previous experience in a helpdesk, internship, or customer-facing role.
Knowledge of the ITIL framework or experience with Jira and Salesforce.
An interest in the Forestry industry or environmental sustainability.
An appetite for using innovative technologies like Generative AI (GenAI).
