We are seeking a highly motivated and service-oriented individual to join our dynamic Call Center team as a Customer Service and Sales Representative. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, to solve disputes. Prior experience in sales and customer service is preferred but not required.

Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and exceeding customer expectations.
Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) and other software to efficiently manage and track customer interactions.
Identify sales opportunities and implement effective sales strategies to promote products or services that align with customer needs.
Embrace a culture of continuous learning, readily adapting to new products, services, and work processes.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Stay informed about industry trends and maintain current knowledge of company products and services.
Achieve and surpass established sales targets and performance goals.
What experience you need to be eligible:
+6 months of demonstrated experience in customer service, in a call center environment.
B2 English Level.
High School Diploma completed.

Sales and Collections Experience.
Proficiency in computer applications and experience with CRM and other relevant software.
Proven sales aptitude and the ability to identify and convert sales opportunities.
