Role summary
We are seeking a Compliance Training Specialist to support the delivery, administration, and documentation of global compliance training programs. This role is responsible for supporting mandatory training initiatives, administering LMS processes, analysing training data and trends, developing learning content, and providing reporting and insights to stakeholders and leadership. The specialist will play a key role in ensuring compliance with regulatory training requirements, enhancing employee learning experiences, and driving continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making and process automation.
What You’ll Do
Assign and manage mandatory compliance training for new hires and existing employees.
Produce regular compliance training reports and dashboards using data from the LMS and other internal systems.
Analyse training completion data, identify trends, discrepancies, and areas requiring follow-up.
Support communication with stakeholders (SMEs) responding to employee and stakeholder inquiries in a professional, timely, and customer-focused manner.
Support onboarding and floor-readiness for new hires.
Support creation of e-learning paths and structured e-learning journeys using authoring tools.
Develop and maintain accurate training materials, SOPs, and learning content.
Track training effectiveness, analyse performance data, and prepare reporting for management and senior stakeholders (e.g., trends, risks, and improvement areas).
Contribute to periodic reporting (e.g., monthly/quarterly).
Collect feedback and evaluate training effectiveness through surveys and data analysis.
Maintain accurate e-learning records and system data integrity.
Identify opportunities to streamline LMS workflows and automate processes.
Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
2–3 years of experience in Compliance Operations or Process Training.
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Advanced LMS admin expertise (system configuration, automation, reporting, optimisation).
Preferred Skills
SQL, Power BI, and data analytics knowledge.
Strong organisational and analytical skills.
