Support the design of repeatable frameworks for evaluating merchant use cases that do not fit neatly within existing network mandates. Coordinate testing, readiness, launch, and post-launch reviews for complex initiatives with global impact. Build documentation, training materials, and playbooks that improve team efficiency and organizational clarity. Track metrics, issues, and outcomes to ensure programs are delivering business value and meeting control expectations. Help standardize scalable processes and operating models across regions and product lines. Who you are 5+ years of experience in technical program management, product operations, payments, fintech, risk, compliance, or similarly cross-functional roles. Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and making progress without full information. Ability to influence and drive alignment across teams without direct authority. A bias toward scalable solutions, automation, and operational efficiency. Experience supporting launches or changes that involve compliance, product, legal, or partner considerations is a plus. Exposure to merchant onboarding, payment methods, scheme rules, or financial partner programs is a plus.
