Job Description:
Parsons is seeking an exceptionally talented CNO Developer with a passion for Reverse Engineering to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll work alongside some of the industry’s top cyber professionals on mission-focused projects that push the boundaries of vulnerability research, exploitation, and technical innovation.

What You'll Be Doing:
Develop and productize proof-of-concept capabilities that demonstrate the operational impact of vulnerabilities in support of customer mission needs
Apply reverse engineering expertise to analyze software and systems, uncover vulnerabilities, and understand low-level functionality
Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to design, refine, and deliver effective mission solutions
Recommend and build tooling that improves team efficiency, scalability, and technical effectiveness
Contribute to research-driven engineering efforts focused on exploitation, payload development, and vulnerability analysis
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience in lieu of a degree
5+ years of professional experience in CNO, CNE, vulnerability research, or research-driven engineering
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and source code repositories such as GitLab or Bitbucket
Experience with development frameworks and tooling for C, C++, and Python
Proficiency in C, Python, and Assembly
Strong understanding of low-level systems, software architecture, and secure development practices
Hands-on experience with debuggers and disassemblers such as GDB, Ghidra, or Binary Ninja
Familiarity with common offensive security and research toolsets such as Kali Linux and Metasploit
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across technical teams
Ability to work both independently and in a highly collaborative environment
Active TS/SCI clearance; ability to obtain a Polygraph
US Citizenship is Required.
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
Deep experience with multiple CPU architectures
Demonstrated success building tooling or technical infrastructure that enabled CNO development, including exploits and payloads
Knowledge of the internals of one or more RTOS platforms
Experience working across the OSI model using low-level programming languages
Security Clearance Requirement:
An active Top Secret SCI security clearance is required for this position.

Salary Range: $103,500.00 - $181,100.00
