Job Title Cloud Operations Expert IGTs – Azurion Eye Job Description Design, integrate and operate the technical IT capabilities required to support Azurion Eye, including DataHub activation, hospital connectivity, secure data transfer, cloud/on-prem integration, monitoring, remote diagnostics, software deployment and license operations. This is a technical role in the transformation of IGT Systems from a hardware-centric delivery model towards a connected, software-enabled and data-driven ecosystem. You will connect product capabilities with hospital IT environments, Philips cloud platforms, service tooling and operational monitoring, ensuring that Azurion Eye can be deployed, observed, supported and scaled in a secure and reliable way. We are looking for a hands-on technical expert who can troubleshoot complex integration issues, translate architecture into working operational solutions, and drive time-critical technical assignments from design validation to stable operations. Your role: In this role, you will design and validate the technical integration between Azurion Eye, DataHub, hospital IT networks, cloud services, service tooling and remote operations capabilities. You will support hands-on implementation activities such as connectivity setup, interface validation, certificate and security configuration, data flow verification, monitoring onboarding and troubleshooting of integration defects. You will work closely with R&D, Service, IT, Security, RA/QA, Markets and suppliers to ensure that technical solutions are secure, supportable, compliant and aligned with enterprise architecture and operational tooling. You will define and improve the technical operating model for observability, logging, alerting, incident diagnostics, release deployment, configuration management, access control and remote support. You will help productize short-term Azurion Eye operational needs, such as DataHub installation and activation, AI Workbench data transfer, remote diagnostics and operational monitoring, while designing technical solutions that can scale to global 24/7 operations. You're the right fit if you have the following skills and experience: You hold a Master’s degree in IT, computer science, engineering, healthcare technology or a related field. You bring 15+ years of experience in IT integration, cloud/hybrid operations, healthcare IT, platform operations or technical service operations, preferably in a regulated medical technology environment. You have a proven track record in integrating complex IT landscapes across hospital networks, enterprise platforms, cloud services, edge systems and remote service environments. You have a hands-on mentality and can troubleshoot technical topics involving connectivity, firewalls, certificates, identity and access, monitoring, logging, remote diagnostics, software distribution and automation. You have experience translating product and platform architecture into deployable integration patterns, technical runbooks, configuration standards and supportable operational designs. You are comfortable working in Agile, DevOps and site reliability engineering-oriented environments, with a strong focus on automation, reliability and fast feedback loops. You can translate Azurion Eye technical ambitions into working integrations, deployment scripts or procedures, observability requirements, acceptance criteria and measurable operational readiness. Specific Technical Requirements: Strong knowledge of IT operations and service tooling such as ServiceNow, monitoring platforms, logging solutions, CMDB, automation tooling and remote support capabilities. Strong experience with healthcare IT integration, hospital networks, secure connectivity, interoperability and healthcare data standards such as DICOM, HL7 and FHIR. Good understanding of cloud, hybrid and on-premise architectures, including edge components, containerized applications, APIs, microservices, networking, observability, secure data transfer and remote management. Ability to design and execute technical verification, integration testing, operational acceptance testing and deployment validation in a regulated healthcare environment. Experience with cybersecurity requirements, vulnerability handling, access control, certificate management, incident diagnostics, change deployment, release coordination and audit-ready technical controls. Compensation & benefits Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base salary range for this role is EUR 78,187.00 - EUR 130,312.00. We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations. This role is eligible for 3% short term incentive with your rewards linked to both individual performance and company results.
