Thomson Reuters is seeking a Client Technology Partner to lead our professional and consulting services. In this high-impact, leadership role, you will serve as a trusted technology advisor for our largest, most strategic clients, ensuring the profitable, high-quality implementation and support of our core information and productized solutions while driving long-term business growth.
About the Role
As a Client Technology Partner, you will:
Serve as the primary executive contact and trusted technology advisor, representing the Thomson Reuters Enterprise Professional Services organization to build deep credibility and partnership.
Cultivate high-impact relationships with key client stakeholders and decision-makers throughout the project lifecycle.
Align technology proposals and project objectives with the client's long-term strategic business and technology goals.
Lead executive engagements, including Steering Committee meetings and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), to ensure project success and maintain strong brand perception.
Drive commercial growth by identifying upsell, cross-sell, and referral opportunities grounded in a deep understanding of the client's business priorities.
Partner with internal Project Managers and delivery teams to ensure flawless, high-quality project execution and maximum customer satisfaction.
Champion product adoption by working closely with client stakeholders to ensure Thomson Reuters solutions are deeply integrated into their daily workflows.
Deliver external thought leadership by presenting at industry conferences, participating in customer advisory boards, and authoring white papers.
Influence internal product strategy by sharing client insights and feedback with Solution Architecture and Product Development teams to drive continuous solution enhancement.
About You
To be successful in this role, you should have:
15+ years of experience in enterprise account management, program delivery, consulting, or professional services, preferably within the technology or data sector.
Demonstrated track record of managing high-value, complex client accounts and partnering directly with C-suite executives.
Exceptional executive presence and communication skills, with a proven ability to influence decisions and inspire confidence at all levels.
Strong background in consultative, solution-based selling and identifying commercial opportunities within existing client portfolios.
Adept at stakeholder management, with the ability to align competing priorities and navigate complex, matrixed organizations.
High strategic agility, possessing the unique ability to dive deep into technical and project details, while seamlessly elevating discussions to high-level business strategy.
