About the Job
As a Business Partner, Marketing Operations, your goal is to act as a strategic advisor to regional marketing stakeholders - identifying friction trends, solving system level bottlenecks, and driving pipeline scale. Rather than focusing on manual campaign builds, you will drive proactive system-level diagnosis and solutions to ensure commercial decision making and GTM execution feel effortless and fast. Your primary daily focus is simple: unblock marketers so they can focus on building pipeline.
If a marketer's job is to know what Sales needs to win, your job is to know exactly what is holding Marketing back from supplying it and propose solutions.
By partnering closely with regional teams, you will translate recurring operational hurdles into backend workflow enhancements, lead lifecycle clarity, and scalable automation. You will design solutions that satisfy unique local requirements while preserving global consistency and regional alignment. Ultimately, you will ensure campaign launches are smooth and predictable, cementing Marketing Operations as the vital engine room that executive leadership consults to protect and multiply pipeline velocity.
Responsibilities
Trusted Business Consultant: Act as a strategic advisor to regional marketing leads - understanding campaign goals, resource tensions, and day to day execution roadblocks to advise on priorities and drive efficiencies.
Targeted Campaign Operations Support: Act as the primary regional POC for self-service support, lead QA process for self-service programs in your region, and provide hands-on custom campaign builds for complex, non-standard "big rock" marketing events.
Quarterly Plan Alignment: Support quarterly planning rhythms to align team capacity, operational tools, and sales needs directly to marketing execution.
Business Metrics Advisory: Advise marketers on key business metrics, KPIs, and campaign performance standards, guiding the interpretation of metrics to inform strategic commercial choices and pipeline pivots.
Operational Troubleshooting & Redesign: Analyze recurring team roadblocks and process inefficiencies across campaigns to identify systematic breakdowns and workflow drag across regions.
Systems Optimization: Bring operational findings back to the Marketing Operations engine room to drive backend improvements.
Enablement & Guardrails: Equip marketers with self-service tools and enablement resources, pre-auditing complex programs to ensure flawless delivery without bureaucratic delays.
Global and Local Alignment: Architect marketing solutions that satisfy local market nuances while maintaining global consistency and avoiding operational conflicts between regions.
Applicants must have the legal right to work in the country where the position is based, without the need for visa sponsorship. This role does not offer visa sponsorship.
