BDRs at Addepar work closely with Sales, Marketing, and cross-functional partners to strategically identify, engage, and qualify target accounts. This is a dynamic opportunity to build a career in fintech sales, gain exposure to high-net-worth and institutional market segments, and help establish our presence in a fast-growing region.
Applicants must have legal authorization to work in the country where this role is based on the first day of employment. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
What You’ll Do
Prospect and qualify new business opportunities across the Singapore and APAC region
Create, manage, and prioritize a targeted list of strategic accounts aligned with our commercial strategy
Conduct high-level discovery conversations and engage key stakeholders in private banks, family offices, RIAs, and investment management firms
Build and maintain account intelligence: perform research, add contacts, track activity, and collaborate on territory planning with Account Executives
Help shape outbound messaging, regional campaign strategies, and prospecting tactics that resonate in local markets
Consistently meet or exceed quarterly quotas for qualified opportunities passed to the Sales team
Who You Are
2+ years of experience in outbound sales or business development, ideally in SaaS, fintech, or financial services
Strong interest in wealth management, private capital, or investment technology, prior exposure is a plus
Proactive, goal-oriented, and excited to build something new in a high-growth, cross-border environment
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a confident, polished, and professional presence
Comfortable working independently and collaborating with remote teams across multiple time zones
Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is a plus
Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Bahasa, Japanese) are a plus given the regional nature of the role

Passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences
Outcome-driven with strong communication skills
A consultative, collaborative approach
Reputation as a trusted colleague and thought leader

The imposters are creating misleading email accounts, conducting remote “interviews,” and making fake job offers in order to collect personal and financial information from unsuspecting individuals. Please be aware that no job offers will be made from Addepar without a formal interview process.
