Let’s be real: talking about digestion can be a bit awkward for some, but for us, it’s a mission. Dulcolax is the global heavyweight in its category, and we’re looking for a Brand Manager who can keep that momentum going right here in Belgium.
We don’t just sell products; we help people feel comfortable in their own skin (and guts). If you’re a marketer who loves a mix of science-backed credibility and creative storytelling, you’ll fit right in.
You’ll be the "CEO" of Dulcolax and our other digestive stars for the Belgian market. You’ll be the one making sure every Belgian knows where to turn when their digestive system decides to go on strike.
Lead initiatives that advance our brands and strengthen our reputation worldwide.
Mentor and uplift emerging talent while pushing your own growth and influence.
Put purpose into practice — embedding sustainability, access and social impact into every decision.
Model the challenger mindset: question complexity, act with integrity and make things radically simple.

Main responsibilities :
Own the Strategy: Take global ideas and give them a Belgian "sauce." You’ll decide how we show up in local pharmacies and on local screens.
Run the Numbers: You’ll own the P&L. You’ll track the budget like a hawk and find new ways to grow our market share.
Campaign Creator: From digital ads to working with healthcare pros, you’ll lead omnichannel campaigns that actually get noticed.
Insight Hunter: You’ll dive into data to understand what Belgian consumers really want and use those "aha!" moments to drive sales.
Team Player: You’ll be the bridge between sales, medical, and regulatory teams. You’re the glue that keeps the brand together.
About you :
We’re looking for someone who is organized but flexible, data-driven but creative, and professional but… well, human.
Experience: You’ve spent a few years in Brand Management (FMCG or Pharma/OTC experience).
Problem Solver: You don’t wait for instructions; you see an opportunity and you grab it.
Linguistic Legend: You can navigate conversations in Dutch and/or French, and your English is sharp enough for our international meetings.
Education: You’ve got a degree in Marketing or Business, but your passion and track record matter more.
