About the job:
This role is responsible for defining and leading brand strategy, driving growth, and ensuring strong execution across all marketing initiatives. You will balance long‑term brand development with short‑term performance, ensuring delivery of above‑market growth and profitability.
Lead initiatives that strengthen brand performance and market position.
Mentor and influence teams, contributing to a high‑performance marketing environment.
Embed a disciplined, insight‑driven approach to decision making and investment.
Model a challenger mindset by simplifying complexity and focusing on impact.
Contribute to a collaborative culture focused on accountability and results.
Main responsibilities:
Define and lead brand strategy, including resource allocation across initiatives and channels.
Identify and prioritise growth opportunities to maximise revenue, market share, and profitability.
Approve and oversee ATL and BTL investments to ensure effective execution.
Drive integrated brand planning, using consumer, market, and competitor insights.
Monitor performance, challenge KPIs, and adjust plans to optimise ROI.
Lead execution of key initiatives delivering brand growth.
Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure aligned and consistent delivery.
About you:
Experience in brand management, including strategy development and execution.
Background in Consumer Healthcare, FMCG, or a similar industry.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with focus on performance outcomes.
Ability to collaborate and influence across diverse stakeholders.
Effective prioritisation and ability to balance long‑term and short‑term goals.
Creative, adaptable, and solution‑oriented mindset.
Digitally savvy with understanding of modern marketing channels.
Fluent in Polish and English.
