LiveRamp is the data collaboration platform of choice for the world’s most innovative companies. A groundbreaking leader in consumer privacy, data ethics, and foundational identity, LiveRamp is setting the new standard for building a connected customer view with unmatched clarity and context while protecting precious brand and consumer trust. LiveRamp offers complete flexibility to collaborate wherever data lives to support the widest range of data collaboration use cases—within organizations, between brands, and across its premier global network of top-quality partners.
Hundreds of global innovators, from iconic consumer brands and tech giants to banks, retailers, and healthcare leaders turn to LiveRamp to build enduring brand and business value by deepening customer engagement and loyalty, activating new partnerships, and maximizing the value of their first-party data while staying on the forefront of rapidly evolving compliance and privacy requirements.

You will:
Own and grow a portfolio of strategic healthcare and financial services brand accounts, driving adoption of LiveRamp’s data collaboration, identity, and measurement solutions to achieve revenue, retention, and expansion targets.
Develop and lead joint business plans with senior client stakeholders, aligning LiveRamp capabilities to their business objectives, marketing strategies, and first-party data roadmaps.
Serve as the primary executive-level point of contact for your clients, coordinating internal resources to ensure timely, high-quality delivery across onboarding, activation, measurement, and ongoing optimization.
Translate complex technical concepts such as identity resolution, clean rooms, advanced measurement, and cloud data environments into clear, practical business narratives for marketing, analytics, data, compliance, and technology stakeholders.
Proactively identify expansion opportunities across business units, product lines, channels, and use cases, and convert them into incremental revenue.
Lead account planning, forecasting, and pipeline management in partnership with Sales, ensuring accurate visibility into bookings, renewals, and account risk.
Partner closely with Customer Success, Solutions Architecture, Product, and cross-functional teams to shape solution design, prioritize client needs, and remove blockers to implementation and scale.
Use data and insights to evaluate performance, frame recommendations, and guide clients on how to improve addressability, personalization, and measurement in privacy-first ways.
Represent LiveRamp and your clients in the broader healthcare and financial services ecosystem, collaborating with agencies, publishers, platforms, and cloud partners to drive aligned go-to-market strategies.
Contribute to internal best practices, playbooks, and enablement for the Brand Account Director community, sharing learnings and helping improve how we support strategic healthcare and financial services brands.
Your team will:
This team partners with some of LiveRamp’s most important healthcare and financial services brands to unlock the full value of their first-party data across media, measurement, and customer experience. You will work alongside a cross-functional group that may include Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Architecture, Partner Success, and Product teams to design and execute high-impact data collaboration programs. Together, the team helps clients solve complex challenges such as building privacy-first identity strategies, connecting siloed data across channels and partners, measuring end-to-end performance, and scaling innovative use cases in clean rooms and cloud environments.
About you:
5+ years of experience in enterprise account management, client leadership, or consultative sales roles working with large B2C brands, with meaningful exposure to healthcare, financial services, or other regulated industries.
Proven track record of owning revenue, renewals, and growth targets within a set of strategic accounts, with demonstrated success expanding relationships and use cases over time.
Strong understanding of digital marketing and advertising, including programmatic media, walled gardens, measurement, and the evolving addressability and privacy landscape.
Experience working with data-driven marketing and adtech or martech platforms such as CDPs, DMPs, clean rooms, identity solutions, cloud data warehouses, or analytics tools.
Strong executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to build trust, influence decisions, and lead strategic conversations with senior stakeholders across marketing, analytics, compliance, and technology.
Highly analytical and comfortable using data to frame problems, evaluate performance, and make recommendations.
Demonstrated ability to navigate complex organizations, manage multiple projects at once, and drive cross-functional alignment to deliver on client goals and internal commitments.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment, with strong ownership and follow-through.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Skills:
Experience working directly with healthcare payers, providers, pharmaceutical brands, banks, insurers, wealth managers, or other financial institutions.
Familiarity with identity and measurement topics such as first-party data strategy, clean rooms, conversion APIs, incrementally testing, attribution, and audience modeling.
Knowledge of major media and data platforms such as Google, Meta, Amazon, and The Trade Desk, as well as cloud platforms and data warehouses such as Snowflake, Google Cloud, AWS, and Databricks.
Prior experience in a SaaS, adtech, martech, or consulting environment where you partnered with product and technical teams to design and implement client solutions.
Proficiency with CRM and analytics tools such as Salesforce and BI or visualization platforms to manage pipelines, forecast accurately, and monitor account health.
Experience mentoring others or contributing to shared account management best practices across a broader team.
