About the Role
The Associate Quote Desk Specialist is responsible for supporting Sales in the quoting process by creating and managing complex quotes, advising on complex quoting cases, accumulating and sharing expertise with internal teams and external teams on demand.
What You’ll Do
Perform quoting process for all complex use cases within the established process
Coordinate with teams involved in complex quoting cases: sales, renewals, deal desk, licensing, others
Ensure proactive engagement from Sales to have all the relevant details for proper quoting
Maintain up-to-date knowledge on current quoting policy, licensing and pricing, processes and products
Act as a knowledge center for internal and external teams on quoting process and policies
Propose operations processes improvements that streamline quoting process and policy to improve internal collaboration and customer experience
Work with management to ensure operational processes & procedures are unified across regional teams to avoid confusion amongst the teams about role responsibilities and execution.

What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field
Proven Experience in B2B Environment in coordination and administrative capacity
Fluent English (other languages are a plus (any experience in Sales/Renewals/Licensing and Order processing will be a plus)
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to understand the details, attention to detail, analytical skills
Good logical thinking skills
Ability to work with a large amount of information, in multitasking mode
Ability to work independently with limited direction in a fast-paced environment
Must be high energy, motivated self-starter
Ability to adapt to changes in roles and responsibilities
Organized, Responsible, Team Player.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
