About JazzX AI: Vision: Enterprises operating on institutional intelligence—governed, self-improving, and scalable beyond individual expertise. JazzX AI is defining the future of enterprise work—by building AI-native digital workers that actually get the job done. We believe enterprises don't scale expertise—they lose it. Knowledge stays trapped in individuals, judgment gets applied inconsistently, and the best talent spends time on work that should run itself. We're changing that. JazzX AI transforms messy enterprise reality into institutional intelligence: governed digital workers that capture expert judgment, make every decision explainable, and continuously improve through real-world execution. The result is faster decisions, higher-quality outcomes, and reliable execution at scale—in domains where getting it wrong isn't an option. We're starting with lending and due-diligence workflows—complex, regulated, high-stakes. From here, we're building the backbone for enterprise intelligence across industries. This is early-stage, hard, and consequential work. If you want to be part of bringing AI systems to market that actually run in production, handle real complexity, and deliver real outcomes—not demos, not chatbots—JazzX AI is the place. About SAIGroup : SAIGroup a private investment firm that has committed $1B to build and scale next-generation, AI-powered enterprise software companies. SAIGroup’s portfolio serves 2,000+ global enterprise customers, generates nearly $800M in annual revenue, and employs 4,000+ people worldwide — providing JazzX AI with long-term capital, deep operating expertise, and access to real-world enterprise scale from day one. 1 ) The Opportunity & Company Overview Redefining Enterprise AI for the Multi-Trillion-Dollar Mortgage Ecosystem JazzX AI is transforming knowledge-based, policy-driven work in large financial enterprises through its innovation in the field of AI. We are addressing various industries. We are looking for someone who is interested in bringing the power of AI-led transformation, starting with the multi-trillion-dollar mortgage lending industry and commercial lending industry, by automating complex loan origination, underwriting, and fulfillment workflows directly within lenders' core technology stacks. Backed by SAI Group—a premier enterprise AI investment and operating company—JazzX deploys governed, traceable digital workers that execute policy-heavy tasks with full-file reasoning, helping major lenders compress cycle times, eliminate backlogs, and significantly reduce fulfillment costs per loan. To accelerate our rapid commercial expansion, we are building a specialized Mortgage AI Go-to-Market (GTM) team. As a GTM Associate, you will be the spearhead of top-of-funnel pipeline generation. You will be assigned a dedicated portfolio of tier-one mortgage institutions, where you will conduct comprehensive account research, uncover organizational triggers, publish timely market observations, and execute high-touch, consultative outreach to C-level and senior enterprise executives. Consultative GTM Mandate Depth of Market Acumen: You will build expertise in mortgage finance, regulatory compliance, and enterprise AI architecture to hold intelligent, credible business conversations with senior executives. You will understand deep research in AI being done by brilliant researchers and product developers in JazzX and how it will transform the assigned industries. Thought Leadership as an Outreach Engine: You will then write market observations and integrate research directly into multi-channel conversations with stakeholders (email, phone, LinkedIn) to establish authority and engage in dialogues. You will connect and reach out to key stakeholders in the industry and ensure a healthy pipeline of conversations with prospects. You will work closely with the sales team to help progress those conversations into sales opportunities. Direct Executive Visibility: You will work alongside seasoned sales leaders, Product executives, and SAI Group leadership, positioning you for rapid professional advancement. 2) Core Responsibilities End-to-End Execution Across Outbound Pipeline, Account Mapping, and Market Intelligence Target Account Ownership & Profiling: Own a dedicated portfolio of priority mortgage lenders and independent mortgage banks (IMBs). Develop comprehensive dossiers detailing their origination volume, key executive leadership, existing tech stack (LOS, POS, servicing), and primary operational bottlenecks. Strategic Account Mapping & Multi-Threading: Identify, research, and map key decision-makers across Mortgage Operations, Underwriting, Information Technology, Digital/AI Strategy, and Business Transformation to ensure comprehensive account coverage. Trigger-Based Account Monitoring: Track priority accounts for structural inflection points—such as executive transitions, M&A activity, earnings disclosures, core platform migrations, and internal AI initiatives—to initiate timely, high-relevance outreach. Content-Led Multi-Channel Outreach: Execute tailored, multi-touch cadences across phone, personalized email, and LinkedIn. Structure messaging around acute operational friction points (e.g., loan manufacturing costs, underwriting capacity, cycle time volatility) rather than generic software feature lists. Thought Leadership & Market Commentary: Author LinkedIn posts, industry observations, and topical commentary to build credibility across the mortgage lending community. Repurpose and distribute high-value insights produced by JazzX subject-matter experts. Conference & Field Campaign Execution: Drive executive meeting acquisition surrounding major mortgage industry conferences (e.g., MBA Annual, ICE Experience, Digital Mortgage). Map attendee rosters in advance, secure scheduled briefings, support onsite meetings, and execute rigorous post-event follow-up. Warm Network Navigation & Ecosystem Leverage: Uncover and navigate warm introduction pathways across JazzX, SAI Group portfolio companies, advisory board members, and executive industry networks. Pipeline & Contact Re-Engagement: Systematically re-engage dormant accounts, past event attendees, and previous contacts whose company priorities, operational pain points, or roles have evolved. Discovery Qualification & Seamless AE Handoff: Conduct initial discovery conversations to qualify prospect fit, business priorities, and readiness. Seamlessly transition qualified opportunities to Enterprise Account Executives with detailed briefing dossiers. Market Intelligence Feedback Loop: Act as the direct frontline sensor for the company. Synthesize buyer objections, tech stack trends, competitive intelligence, and customer AI roadmaps, channeling actionable feedback into Product, Sales, and Marketing teams. 3) Performance Expectations & Ramp Scorecard Structured Ramp Milestones and Objective Quarterly Measurement We believe in structured enablement, clear expectations, and transparent accountability. During your initial ramp, you will receive intensive coaching on mortgage lending workflows, enterprise AI mechanics, and account-based prospecting methodologies. Deep curiosity on AI. Ability to learn and explain how AI solutions get deployed in business context. Ability to understand and curiosity about economics of different industries, and how technology disruptions can impact those economics. Ownership & Autonomous Drive: Proactive and self-starting. You identify unaddressed account opportunities, formulate game plans, and execute without waiting for granular step-by-step direction. Disciplined, Thoughtful Persistence: Resilient and tenacious in following up, grounded in consultative value and timing rather than aggressive, transactional tactics. Demonstrated Writing Capabilities: A portfolio of thoughtful writing (e.g., student journalism, Substack/newsletters, academic theses, published articles, or active LinkedIn commentary). Modern Sales Tooling Exposure: Hands-on familiarity with modern GTM platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Salesforce, HubSpot, or Outreach/Salesloft.
