Associate Manufacturing Operations Analyst – Executive Fleet (4829)

Boeing Defense Space & Security (BDS) is looking for an Associate Manufacturing Operations Analyst to join Executive Fleet team in San Antonio, TX. In this role you will aid in optimizing data and gather, analyze & interpret data from various sources while utilizing multiple tools/resources.
Position Responsibilities:
Build and combine data sources to produce data extracts in support of analytic research
Add data-driven value to processes by gathering, analyzing, and translating metrics into actionable insights in executive-level presentations
Maintain and improve process efficiency using process methods, tools, process standards and guidelines, metric consultation, and data analysis
Provide solutions and recommendations by interpreting, analyzing, and integrating applicable internal data, external data, and building metrics for reviews
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including staffing, strategic sourcing, and leadership, to support data-driven decision-making processes
Develop and maintain effective relationships with peers, managers and leadership across various levels and functions
Dive into analytics and metrics utilized sitewide to understand the objectives and processes in place
Be self-driven and work without little oversight once understanding the objectives and processes
Provide feedback on assessment results and identify opportunities for improvement and potential areas of risk
Model and drive accountability
Coordinate workforce approvals, deviations, or changes
Work at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans
Drive collaboration across teams/functions at varying levels of leadership
Foster a problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset
Establish trust with business partners, peers and leadership
This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret clearance Post Start is required.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel application using formulas, VLookups, pivot tables, charts, filters, and linking worksheets
3+ years of experience in analyzing data and making recommendations to take actions based on findings
3+ years’ experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience interfacing and collaborating with senior management and executive leadership
Experience implementing strategies and plans under general direction
Experience in developing and implementing process improvements
Experience with data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, and statistical analysis software

Summary Starting Pay Range: $74,800 - $88,000
