Boeing is looking for a Associate Corporate Development Analyst to join our team in Arlington, VA. The Corporate Development Analyst will support various aspects of Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) execution and relevant industry research, including strategic assessment, financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, and integration. Boeing is an active participant in the M&A market, having completed numerous transactions in recent years.
The Corporate Development Analyst will assist in financial modeling, analysis, and valuation of M&A opportunities, and support Boeing's Corporate Development activities. This role will involve assisting with due diligence investigations, assessing market and industry dynamics, and evaluating the capabilities and performance of target companies. The Analyst will also help prepare presentations for M&A decision-making and communications.
This position is expected to work on multiple projects simultaneously while collaborating in a team environment. Effective coordination and support of business units and constructive engagement with colleagues across the enterprise are critical components of the job. As such, the position requires strong communication skills, a commitment to teamwork, and a balanced approach to ensure that all perspectives are understood.
Position Responsibilities:
Assists in financial modeling and valuation analyses for M&A activities
Supports M&A execution, including coordination of due diligence and integration/separation planning
Maintains transaction history and presentation archives
Assists in compliance requirements and management of unsolicited opportunities
Provides analytic and presentation support to leadership across various strategic priorities
Assists with various Corporate Development overhead activities
Engages with various Boeing executive leadership
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field
1+ years of experience in a Finance, Accounting, Business or related role
1+ years of experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously in a team environment
Ability to support parts of an M&A project and a keen desire to learn and grow into a larger role
Experience performing financial analyses and presenting findings in PowerPoint format
Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights for negotiation
Driven, proactive, self-starter with excellent communication skills

Summary pay range: $95,200 – $128,800
