Supports day-to-day production operations activities, including monitoring, reporting, and basic troubleshooting. Progression from entry-level to lead involves increasing responsibility for process execution and mentoring
What You Will Be Doing
Operate card production equipment such as inserters, printers, embossers, bursters, metering machines, and related office equipment.
Perform high‑speed, high‑volume production tasks including embossing, inserting, sorting, and general card processing.
Set up machinery, load materials, clear jams or basic malfunctions, and unload completed products.
Identify and resolve clearly defined technical or workflow issues.
Complete and maintain detailed operator logs and reports.
Reconcile incoming work against completed work to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Assign team members to machinery, work orders, and production tasks.
Communicate issues, concerns, or questions promptly to Production Department leadership.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Education Requirements
High school diploma or GED required.
What You Bring
Ability to adapt to changes in duties, workflow, and priorities.
Willingness to work overtime as needed to support production demands.
Proficiency with MS Office and Outlook.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 20 pounds as needed.
