About the role *Open to hiring remote across North America — we also have offices in NYC, San Francisco, and Seattle We are looking for an experienced Senior Creative/Art Director (with an art direction background) who will be responsible for ideating, generating and art directing innovative brand and product marketing across media channels. This person will work closely with the creative team to deliver end-to-end campaigns and evergreen content in a fast pace environment (we ship work daily). They will need to partner with design, product, engineering and research to bring Runway’s unique tone of voice and style to their work. This is a hands-on role, we don’t ideate and hand off. We execute on our own work. Reporting directly to the Head of Creative. What you’ll do Execute end-to-end creative work on short timelines Strive for fresh, bold and innovative work that stands out from the market Partner effectively with video editors, designers, developers and the broader Runway product and research teams Ideate, art direct and execute with a strong strategic creative sense and impeccable taste What you’ll need Strategic and conceptual thinker and doer Top tier art direction Can also write compelling copy Proven experience bringing traditional advertising skills to generative AI tools to create work that demonstrates taste and craft Be a divergent thinker. Our salary ranges are based on competitive market rates for our size, stage and industry, and salary is just one part of the overall compensation package we provide. The range shared below is a general expectation for the function as posted, but we are also open to considering candidates who may be more or less experienced than outlined in the job description. In this case, we will communicate any updates in the expected salary range. Lastly, the provided range is the expected salary for candidates in the U.S. Outside of those regions, there may be a change in the range, which again, will be communicated to candidates.
