Area Lead in Quality Operations Quality Operations plays a critical role in enabling Veriff to deliver accurate, trustworthy identity verification at scale. By defining quality standards, governing risk, and driving continuous improvement, the team ensures customer trust is protected while products and operations evolve. As an Area Lead for Quality Operations, you’ll measure success through strong quality outcomes, reduced risk, and the organisation’s ability to scale without compromising trust or accuracy. You will own the quality strategy and governance for your area, setting direction, success measures. You provide a strong leadership, ensuring clear ownership, strong performance, and effective collaboration within the team. Acting as the company-level representative for quality, you will work closely with senior stakeholders to translate quality needs into clear decisions and improvements, aligning standards, tooling, and ways of working so quality remains a core enabler of both customer satisfaction and product excellence. You’ll help us protect honest people online by: Building and evolving quality operations that supports accurate, reliable, and scalable identity verification. Guiding quality strategy and governance across products and operations by providing data-driven insight and recommendations. Translating quality needs into clear priorities, decisions, and requirements. Working closely with Product, Go To Market, Operations, and other stakeholders to manage quality impact and risk. Using data and quality insights to identify trends, reduce risk, and drive continuous improvement. Ensuring processes and tooling keep pace with growing complexity and scale. Communicating clearly with senior stakeholders and partners, managing expectations and aligning on priorities. Leading and supporting a quality operaytions team to deliver strong outcomes and sustainable performance. You are the right future Veriffian for the job if you have/are: Experience leading quality operations, quality assurance, or quality control in a scaled, complex operational environment. Strong understanding of quality metrics, SLAs, KPIs, and risk management, with experience using data to drive decisions. A technical and product-oriented mindset, with the ability to work closely with Product and Engineering partners. Experience using data to support customer-facing discussions, clearly explaining quality standards, limitations, and trade-offs in a way that builds trust and alignment. Confidence working with senior stakeholders, including negotiating priorities, managing expectations, and balancing competing priorities. Strong communication skills, with the ability to turn complex quality topics into clear, actionable insights for different audiences. Comfortable operating in environments with evolving complexity, ambiguity, and scale. Curious, empathetic, responsible, and creative.
