Title and Summary
Analyst, Sourcing & Supplier Management
Overview
• Assists with managing supplier enablement efforts to ensure Mastercard is utilizing its own products when paying third parties
• Assesses and manages supplier payments
• Liaises externally with Mastercard suppliers and Payment Processing Partners as well as internally with various teams including Accounts Payable, Transaction Services, Global Business Service Center (GBSC), and Center of Excellence (COE)
• Supports day-to-day operational activities including spend reporting and analysis and internal/external communications
Role/Responsibilities
1. Assist with the management of supplier enablement campaigns
2. Facilitate the distribution of campaign materials (supplier info, historical spend, payment terms, etc.) and monitor campaign progress
3. Address supplier questions regarding Mastercard’s card payment program, including country-based specifics on processing fees, invoicing, and turn-around-time for payments
4. Single point of contact for Suppliers, Sourcing Team members and Business Owners regarding any questions/concerns about the program
